1. Have regular breaks and naps to recharge
As you all have experienced by the afternoon or during post-lunchtime you often get exhausted. At that time you can go for a nap of around 20 minutes after you finish your lunch in the following break. Nicely, studies have proven that you don’t just wait ’til bedtime to reenergize your frame. 2. Take light and energetic breakfast

3. Make a to-do list for the spare time
You might be very busy throughout the day and don’t have any idea of what to do in your free time. Checking your mail or chatting on social media might not benefit you in long run. In order to be more productive, you can make a to-do list of what you can do in that particular moment of time and hold it to visible place. You can write things such as a need to do yoga or meditate, socialise, go for a brisk walk. Even with the help of a to-do list, you can use spare time in replenishing your thoughts.
4. Stretch during little breaks
Many times happens during some part of your work day when you’re totally exhausted. Don’t get easily tired up try doing stretching your arms, neck, back or full body for few minutes. Even If you are watching an internet or a television commercial just do quick workouts like jumping jacks, pushups and many more.
5. Have more water
You may have heard many of times that water detoxifies the body and cures many diseases. Many of you must be taking a painkiller whenever you are sitting more in front of an electronic screen. In preference to taking pain relievers, you can increase the intake of water. Water has may fluids that decreases chances of fatigue and head pains.
6. Prepare you to meal a single night before.
It might be unhealthy to get food from the market or can be time-consuming to prepare it every day. In order to avoid such problems, you can cook your food and keep it in refrigerator packed in a zipped pouch. This time-saving manner, you can easily preserve your food.
